CLARIFICATION LETTER OF DR. PERROT
On Sunday November 11, 2007, the website "Friends of Gardel" included in note Carlos Gardel, "DNA" and something else, a letter from Dr. Charles Perrotta, which respectfully expressing their differences view with Mr. Miraglia and Freddy Gonzalez.
next day, November 12, 2007, Dr. Perrotta wrote to the heads of the page, and who could have felt affected by the disqualification that it was made of the gentlemen mentioned in the explanatory letters highlighting " two fundamental errors "in the article published and asked for the corresponding correct them.
11 days having elapsed since Dr. Perrotta send the letter and seeing that those responsible for it did not publish a correction or apology, as usually, I accede to the request made by Dr. Perrotta in this publication.

Sir,: I welcome the publication of my note, but I think exaggerated comments.
BUT THAT AN URGENT REQUEST TO PUBLISH THE FOLLOWING CLARIFICATION AND I should point out two fundamental errors in Note :
A) I've never been a judge, and
B) I'm not JURISTS OF NOTE. TENGOTRATADOS NO advertising or anything like it. I'm just a lawyer specializing in criminal law, which TRANSITS By others outside (CIVIL AND COMMERCIAL) AND FORTY-TWO YEARS OF CAREER AND SPENT MANY PAIR OF LOAFERS. Perhaps the confusion has been that there was a Judge conmi same surname (VICTOR PERROTTA that has nothing to do with me and we do deserve these titles.)
I think these explanations are only necesariaspara avoid confusion that can bring me more trouble than good. As the Clerk
