The one that was once was a grass-covered plaza where people used to sit to watch the sunset, participate in musical activities summer or just sunbathing, was the result of a "remodeling project? turned into: a place full of evil-disposed materials-all at half done, pastelones loose playground Flintstones style, with a cement floor instead of sandbox (obviously for splitting the head), where it will be impossible for the elderly to move comfortably, and so on., etc.
